Lanna International Resource Co. Ltd. (L.I.R.) Industrial Park
Lanna International Resource Co. Ltd.’s Industrial Park consists of approximately fifty rai. Phase One covers ten rai and now has approved building plans and is under construction. Two small buildings are complete and house L.I.R.’s site office, Thai Freeze Dry Co. Ltd. (BOI Company), and Sorn International Enterprise Co Ltd.
Export division. The first of three large two-story warehouse/factory buildings with footprint of 45m X 37 m each is near completion and the second under way. Each one of these gives you 1,665 square meters ground level only for each building.

Infrastructure:
Perimeter walls, drainage system, water well, roads, phone lines, electrical lines are in place. Land fill has been brought in to bring the ground level to approx. 80 cm above the center of the road to insure that even under the worst flood conditions, water will flow over and across the road and into the adjoining fields.
Showroom:
Plans for Phase One also include a beautiful showroom which will be built facing the main road and can be shared by the tenants on a square meter basis if they choose to do so. This alleviates the need for each tenant to spend millions of baht building their own showroom although they are welcome to do so if they wish. The shared showroom not only saves money, but also provides exposure for the tenants’ products or services. Customers coming in to see Thai Freeze Dry products will see your products as well and visa versa. Well trained shared showroom staff can provide additional savings on a continuous basis.
Cantina:
When Phase One is complete, Thai laborers will have availability of a non-profit canteen operated by L.I.R. for the benefit of our tenants. The convenience for workers benefits the tenants by keeping your employees on site. This function, for reasons of efficiency, often falls upon companies in Thailand. If your company wants to provide free lunches for its workers, we can do so via the L.I.R. Cantina.
Freight/Shipping:
L.I.R. will either have a freight forwarding company on the premises and/or work with one or more of the larger companies in Chiang Mai. If our tenants act together we can achieve high volume to get the lowest possible rates. This is just one example of L.I.R.’s philosophy of benefiting its tenants substantially and on a continuous basis.
